Now that you’re comfortable with your account basics, let’s unlock the power of prompts! Prompts help you ask better questions, get richer answers, and discover insights buried in all your company’s connected data sources.
What Are Prompts?
Prompts are how you interact with Atolio’s AI search engine. Simply put, they’re the questions or commands you type into Atolio’s search bar to surface knowledge fast.
• “What’s our vacation policy?”
• “Summarize last week’s IT tickets”
• “Who edited the onboarding guide?”
• “Show me project docs updated last week”
Prompts work across documents, chats, tickets, emails, and more—no need to know which app to search. If you have permission to see it somewhere in your workplace, Atolio will find it for you.
